Right to Complain

As a consumer, you have the right to complain about a product that is defective or does not conform to what was agreed upon according to Swedish law and EU consumer legislation. The right to complain is valid for 3 years from the date you received the product. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect, usually within 2 months, to be considered valid.

How to Make a Complaint

  1. Contact Us: To make a complaint, please contact us via email at "office@ninetone.com". Include a clear description of the defect, your order number, and any documentation and photos that show the defect of the product.

  2. Follow-Up Information: We will review your complaint and get back to you with instructions on how to proceed. Depending on the nature of the defect and the circumstances surrounding your complaint, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

  3. Return the Product: If your complaint is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product. Shipping costs for returning a defective item will be covered by us. The product should be returned in its original packaging if possible.

Important to Note

The right to complain only applies to defects that existed at the time of delivery and were not caused by use or damage after delivery. You have the right to complain about the product if it deviates from what was agreed upon, is defective, or does not meet the requirements for the product according to applicable laws and regulations.

The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint and wish to seek assistance in resolving the dispute, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). ARN is a government authority that can help resolve disputes between consumers and businesses.
